R&B legend Percy Sledge Official, who passed away today at age 74, worked in cotton fields as a kid, but a golden voice and classic songs like "When a Man Loves a Woman" took him to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. "Is anything possible when this man sings?" Rod Stewart said, inducting him. "It certainly is." We look back on one of soul's greatest artists.
